Currently Located in Lima, Peru - Bachelor in International Business by Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, Lima, Peru, graduated with honors in the top 5 percentile of her class, with a specialization in Digital Marketing by Universidad del Pacífico, Lima, Peru. Has over 10 years of experience in the corporate world overseeing and managing projects regarding International Market Research, International Expos and Events for World Trade Center Lima, part of the World Trade Centers Association in New York City, and overlooking Corporate International Relations with major Organizations in Peru. Stephanie has over 5 years of experience in the Franchising industry as part of the Global Marketing team in the most global and successful Franchising Consulting firm. She has also founded her own Information Technology Startup taking the role of Corporate sales and Marketing Director, managing high performance teams, and Digital Transformation projects.

As the Eagle ONE CEO, Mike leads the teams associated with revenue for the company, that include the sales teams, partners and allies, consultative partnerships and franchises. Mike leads the vision of EagleONE and contributes to the ongoing adaptations and modifications that best suit our client needs.

Mike’s most recent noteworthy professional accomplishment is being a contributing author to The Franchise Bible, 9th Edition, released world-wide by Entrepreneur Magazine on 20 April 2021. His best personal accomplishments ever were marrying his best friend Nicole and becoming a dad.

Mike is a committed Catholic whose faith is a central part of his daily life. He is an Army Brat of the 101st Airborne Army and the proud father of a United States Marine. The values associated with his faith coupled with the life-lessons learned in a military family all contribute to his work-life, building up clients and the family at EagleONE.

Mike is passionate about Men’s Ministries like Christ Renews His Parish and Knights of Columbus. He enjoys time away with his family on a beach, fishing and diving, Spanish, playing the guitar and cigars.

Carolyn Miller is an expert with decades of experience developing concepts, creating infrastructure, and streamlining processes and procedures for national franchise concepts. Over the years, Carolyn has worked on both the corporate and the franchise side with companies such as McDonald’s, Chipotle, Red Robin, CiCi’s Pizza, and Carl’s Jr/Hardees, and spent more than a decade consulting with franchised and independent companies about how to implement processes and procedures to strategically grow their businesses.

With experience in areas that include real estate, design, architecture, real estate legal, construction, staffing and hiring, staff development, management, budgeting, branding, marketing, business development and sales — she has first-hand, hands-on expertise in many critical areas of franchising.

Debbie Stratton is the Graphic Designer & Top Dog at Design Dog Studio. Debbie has over 25 years of graphic design experience in the corporate world, and started Design Dog Studio in 2008. Debbie is a resourceful, energetic, and lighthearted person, and while serious about your work, she believes that you can incorporate fun into any project.

Benny Carreon has been a Telecommunications and Technology Executive for over three decades. He has worked for several telecom and technology firms as well as running his own company over the course of his career. He has utilized multiple disciplines including technology integration, complex installations, as well as complete company technology teardown and rebuilds. He is a passionate technologist and has participated in keynotes and media appearances regarding advanced technology. Benny has been quoted in multiple press articles and cohosts a weekly podcast called “WFH with 2 Guys”. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Florida. He is a father, husband, son and the owner of a Havachon named Zotchi.

Jim is a Certified Business Coach (CBC), a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC), and a Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB).  He has been a franchise consultant for over13 years.  As an expert in the franchise industry Jim works with people looking to get into business through franchising.  Jim’s goal for his candidates is to assist them in making the best choice for themselves and their families.  Sometimes that means going into a franchise business and sometimes that means not becoming a franchise owner.
